AvenueSpot does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any specific Owner, Seeker, or listing on the Platform.

3.1. Accuracy of Listings

We do not verify or guarantee the accuracy, legality, completeness, or quality of any property listing, including images, descriptions, pricing, or availability. All listing content is the sole responsibility of the Owner.

3.2. User Identity and Background

While AvenueSpot may offer basic verification tools (such as email verification), we do not conduct background checks or verify the legal capacity, identity, or suitability of any user.

3.3. Property Condition and Safety

We do not inspect or evaluate properties. The safety, legality, and condition of each property are the sole responsibility of the Owner.

• Injuries, damages, or losses arising from a property interaction or transaction
• Enforcement or outcome of any rental or purchase agreement
• Property management, security deposits, rent collection, or eviction-related matters
